A deposit fee of $25 is required via Zelle ( email - teatiarajohnson@icloud.com ) or you can drop off cash 2561 Cowan Blvd  before all appointments are approved to secure your spot. If deposit isn’t received 24hrs from your appointment it’s canceled. Deposits are non-refundable. You will not be charged anything but the deposit fee if the appointment is canceled 24 hours before the appointment starts.

New Loc clients will have to provide the number of Locs. This is for timing and pricing purposes. The more Locs you have the more time it time to Retwist your Locs. New Loc clients are required to get a Classic Retwist in order to receive a style. You can not get your Locs styled without getting a retwist if I have not managed your hair prior to your appointment.

All tools & products needed for each service will be provided. If there is a tool and/or products you will like to use during the service, it must be discussed prior to the appointment.
